Our client is a highly regarded specialist repairers and maintainers of High Pressure Hydraulic Equipment, Hydraulic Heavy Lift Jacks, Torque Tools and Air Tools. With modern premises and facilities.Role Responsibilities:
- Customer account records, Purchase order receipting and general administration.
- Answering phones and processing customer requests.
- Product and repair service quoting.
- Being responsible for all aspects of the customer transaction
- Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to liaise with both internal & external clients and staff
- Previous customer service experience
- Attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise, and effectively achieve deadlines
- Able to ask for help, work as a team
- Microsoft suite skills
- Being proactive in self development and training
- Pronto experience (Highly desirable)
- Ariba experience (Advantageous)
