Our client is the largest (privately) owned cold storage/transport services providers. This long-standing, well-respected transport company currently seeks a fantastic all-rounder administrator for their office based in Margaret River.

On offer:
  • ASAP start
  • Part-time hours
  • Monday - Friday (10am - 2pm)

  • On-going work with the opportunity to go full time
  • Attractive Hourly Rate

Duties are but not limited to:
  • Answering the phone and queries
  • Booking in orders and chasing consignment notes
  • Collecting hours and timesheets
  • Liaising with clients as to product pick up times
  • General administration duties required by the manager

To be successful in this role:
  • Must be reliable & personable
  • Able to take initiative & work unsupervised
  • Excellent phone and computer skills
