Our Client
We proudly represent one of Australia’s leading Industrial services & solutions to waste & water management. We seek on their behalf experienced Administrators with Microsoft NAV #13 experience to join their Kwinana based facility.

On offer:
  • Monday - Friday (9 am - 5 pm)
  • Great Kwinana office Location
  • ASAP Start
  • Weekly Payroll
  • On-going support and training
  • 3 month probation and then opportunity to go full time with the client

About the role:

The main duties required but not limited to:
  • All-round administrative duties
  • Data Entry/Vehicle weight tracking
  • Some document control
  • Assisting with accounts, purchase orders
  • Invoicing, timekeeping of ordering materials
  • ADHOC duties for the office manager

Skills and Experience:
In order to thrive in this position the following attributes are highly valued:
  • Confident, friendly phone manner
  • Microsoft NAV Experience
  • Excel, Word etc.
  • Previous experience working similar industry
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication (verbal and written)
  • Team player
  • Ability to establish and foster strong working relationships with clients & co-workers
