About the role
An exciting opportunity has risen and they are currently seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to join their team.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Ensuring that all administration and documentation requirements are completed
  • Assisting the Client Service Manager with key accounts
  • Liaising with internal and external clients
  • Assisting Sales Executives/Client Service Managers with daily tasks
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Assisting with Events, Functions, Petty Cash and Stationery
  • Renewal submissions

Skills and knowledge:
  • Strong administration skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of finance/insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Experience in liaising with internal and external clients
  • The ability to work well under pressure

Experience and qualifications:
  • Business Administrative Certification is well received
  • Experience in a similar role managing key accounts
  • Switchboard experience
  • Experience in LMS, Qtrac, Atradius, ASIC and ABR
  • Confident using Microsoft Office
  • Police clearance
