Due to internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Support Officer/Administration Support to join a dynamic, fast-paced business finance team in West Perth. This role is for Australia and New Zealand’s largest specialist provider of debtor finance and trade finance solutions.

This role is responsible for efficiently and accurately processing all new incoming client payments and invoice schedules.

Main responsibilities:
  • Completing data entry
  • General administration duties such as filing, archiving and printing
  • Uploading payments
  • Conducting calls – clients & debtors
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Providing general assistance

What you’ll need to succeed:
  • Previous experience using iFactor
  • Quick learner
  • Speed and Accuracy
  • Demonstrate good organisational and clerical skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Sound knowledge of office procedures and general computer skills
  • Assistance to Operations team when and as required
  • Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to change

What you’ll get in return:
  • Temporary contract starting Monday 27th August with the possibility of extension
  • Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm
