Sales Executive

These specialists work to partner with their clients to create and deliver superior tailored credit insurance solutions.

Credit Insurance sector is one of the fastest growing sectors in Austral-Asia hence this is a brilliant opportunity to join this reputable firm at this time.

Your purpose will be, to provide source new business opportunities, while helping to ensure current clients are informed of new services which help to protect & enable your client's financial growth & security.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
  • Cold calling Sales Experience
  • Excellent customer service history
  • Broking skills (preferred not a must)
  • Analytical decision making
  • Good time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Knowledge of credit insurance (Preferred not a must)
  • Experience in LMS, Qtrac, Atradius, ASIC and ABR (Preferred not a must)
  • Confident using Microsoft Office
  • Police clearance (Must have or able to obtain)

Main responsibilities:
  • Achieve budget and KPI target
  • Analyse/identify client’s objectives and needs
  • Cross-selling of all credit insurance services
  • Prospecting and cold calling
  • Managing client portfolios
  • Creating credit account applications and checking compliance
  • Ensuring that all administration and documentation requirements are completed
  • Dealing with financial institutions
  • Liaising with internal and external clients
  • Assisting Sales Executives/Client Service Managers with daily tasks
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Assisting with Events, Functions, Petty Cash and Stationery
  • Renewal submissions
  • Renewing policies
