Due to further expansion we seek skilled Technical Site Supervisors to assist on their Barrow Island Contract.

Some of the unique services & solutions are as follows:
  • On-site Manual Machining
  • Bolting/Torque work
  • Self-levelling Machining
  • Heat treatment
  • Line stops & Pipe Kline Plugging
  • On line leak Sealing & Repair
  • Valve Repair
  • Weld Isolation testing
  • On-site Technical Bolting

Desirable knowledge & skills:
  • Mechanical Supervisor for minimum 3 years
  • Proven Supervisory experience (Min 2 years)
  • Demonstrated leadership & Management experience
  • Proven experience in Diligent Solutions focused out comes
  • Technical experience in Oil & Gas/Ming Plant maintenance
  • Mechanical/Machining Trades qualification or above
  • Excellent communication skills (both internal/external stake holders)
  • High proficiency in all Microsoft Office suites & SAP
  • Previous customer service experience (preferable though not a must)
  • Capacity to handle pressure on non-moveable deadlines
  • MSIC 
  • Preferably Barrow Island inducted
  • Impeccable safety record
  • Previous experience working on Barrow Island is well regarded
  • Must have Bolting & Onsite Machining experience

  • Ensure technical solutions outcomes are delivered, integrated effectively
  • Provide Technical guidance & support to trades & project teams that deliver
  • Assist & develop processes & solutions across delivery process
  • Ensure Company brand & reputation adheres with all previous High level out-comes
  • Manage & assist in the delivery of works (on tools & off)
  • Ensure safe work practices & advise on Technical solutions that improve safety & efficiency
  • Successful candidate’s will report to & be supported by the WA Business Manager;
