We are recruiting experienced Fleet Coordinators for a well known company within the Rigging & Crane Hire Industry.
SPS is looking for experienced Fleet Controllers for a well known client in Cranes & Rigging. This role will begin as casual/part-time with the potential of a fulltime/permanent position for the right applicant.

Duties include, but not limited to:
- Proactive updating of internal documenting systems to ensure compliance
- Coordination of medicals, police clearances & external training
- Mobilise existing and new personnel to a wide variety of sites each week
- Distribute and monitor induction requirements to ensure timely completion
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of project mobilisation
- Effectively communicate and build rapport with management and clients
Ideal candidate:
- Ability to create ownership and make it their own
- Allrounder- happy to help out wherever required
- Able to work in a team as well as independently
- Someone who uses their own initiative to ensure their department is working to the best of their ability and running efficiently
Requirements:
- 2+ years in a similar role
- Police Clearance (preferred but not a must)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to change quickly
- Remain positive whilst working under pressure & constantly deliver results
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you'll be in daily liaison with internal and external management/clients
- Proven planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to work through issues
- Most importantly, you are a team player who works with all parties to ensure success
Additional desired Experience:
Those with experience in the following will be well received but are not a must
- Certification in Logistics Management or Project Management
- Previous Planning & Scheduling skills
